'Government Efficiency, The Case For Local Control' is a new report from the Association of Towns of the State of New York that rejects the case made by the New York State Commission on Local Government Efficiency and Competitiveness for consolidation of government services. The Association of Towns argues the best government is often the smallest government unit and that there are efficiencies to small government.
